Common questions

Answers that matter.

Do NFC and camera offer the same assurance?

No. A chip enables cryptographic checks for compatible documents; camera capture examines an image and other signals.

Does a selfie alone prove identity?

No. It is compared with a reference portrait and document context.

Does one anomaly prove fraud?

No. Each signal needs the context of the file and, when necessary, appropriate review.
